Help with recording in Battlefield 2 while using Fraps?

Whenever I try to record with fraps and have 30 fps selected. I lag like hell but when I select 60 fps i dont lag but during the playback every thing is super fast. Is there anything that I can do about it?

Anybody? Can you just tell me what settings do you guys use for recording?

its normal, because ur litterly downloading gigs and gigs of stuff while recording, downloading causes lag.

That doesn't seem right. During playback it should be super slow. Maybe my thinking is backwards.

What you need to do is re-sample from 60fps => 30fps after the video is done. For FRAPS recording, find the settings that work best for you and leave it to the editing software to handle the rest.
