Lag after 5 mins of gameplay

Hey, i just got a new pc and it can handle BF2 on high etc. Ive played bf2 and notice that the game will be lag free for first 5 mins or so then i seem to be getting some stuttering during running etc. Its annoiying. My computers up to it. I even turned graphics down to medium but it still gets laggy after 5 mins or so. Any ideas.

Try & manually update your punkbuster

What are your PC spec's ?
