    Mic help!!!

I have Creative Audigy SE and I can't find a damn mic that would work with this audio card. Now I am on my 4th mic and no body can hear me. I did everything I can, changed all the settings did the Boost and still nothing. I was wondering if USB mics are any good.
    Thank you

Common guys, some one here had to use a USB mic. Can u tell me if its worth 29.99???

Well, no one replied but I still bought it and it works amazinly so for all of you out there with Creative cards (except for AUdigy2) u should deffinatelly look into Logitech USB mic's because they do work.

I suspect the original problem was thr connection on your sound card. You should have upgraded to something like an Audigy2, Audigy4 or XFI. But stay well clear of SE cards (Sucky edition). They are usually no where near as good.

Haha, yeah Sucky Edition is right...I upgraded from a Audigy2zs about a year ago, to a much better X-Fi Extreme Music "No longer in production."
Asfar as the mic problem goes I think it may be a problem with your software, try to upgrade to the latest for everything, including Windows SP2...also make sure "Microphone" is enabled inside the windows sound manager thinggi. :salute: Good luck.
