Only two things I can think of:

1. She is drunk.
2. She is not the owner of the car, but her husband. The car she rammed has something to do with her husband. :eyebrows:

Any other reason is just flat out stupidity, which could be option 3.

While watching some cable television I saw the true story to this video.
Turns out it was a drunk MALE driver..
the reason he backs out after hitting the parked car was because he was trying to flee from the scene.

And I must admit that "drunk male" fits the video better than "confused female"
