I came across this video while looking for info on the new Nintendo 3D handheld.
Despite the comments by the clueless poster, this video is actually of a regular DSi that uses facetracking, similar to the WiiMote video that was popular some months ago.

No, its a puzzle game called "3D Hidden Picture". You tilt the DSi to make shapes overlap until they form the letters you need for a certain word.
You can see them make an "A" around 0:50.
Weird game, but very interesting use of the technology.
