The point he's making with that introductory line (also end one) is that he's penetrating them, which was a lot more than just a "f*ck you" to the Romans. The only people who were penetrated were slaves and women in their society (even if you were bisexual, there still was no penetration). By making those rather rapist claims, he is suggesting that they are on a lower level of being than he (a man) is. Remember, Rome was a patriarchal society in many ways. :p

I absolutely love Catullus (I'm a classics major: Latin and Greek).

Indeed, very famous Roman poet from about the time of Julius Caesar. All that's left of his work is a collection of 120 some poems. They deal with all sorts of emotions: love, anger, jealous, grief over a loved ones death, etc.

Alright, so my gf's friends has some viruses on her computer and I figured I would help her get rid of them. She had gotten them because she used Limewire waaay too much. I did a scan with clamwin portable (because one of the major viruses kept blocking every other anti viruses), and this is part of the result

Yeesh, just run a virus/trojan scan daily at 4 in the morning. thats what i do, i never even see my window for scanning, but it works every night :thumbsup:
