Yes, I heard the 911 tape this morning on my daily radio show. It seems everyday someone dumber than the last is set free into society. To be honest, the 911 operators should have hung up on her.

I honestly would have called the police as well (just not 911).

they were basically robbing the woman.

She gave the cashier money for food, they were out of food, but they WOULD NOT give her the money back.

The cashier was in the wrong as they thought it was against policy to refund money but it is not.
