my dad is the one slowing the net down in my house, usually play some stupid flash tetris or loading a page that has huge images or updating his podcasts, all i need to do is moan and he stops tis good.

I guess I'm glad that I have a dad that is tech savvy and understands how frustrating it is to have a high ping or low bandwidth when gaming, he also plays poker online. So he backs me up when I stop my brother's downloads.

my router has QoS so I just limit everyones bandwidth mwhahaha

also have a network shaper to prioritise packets, low ping ftw!
