Don't forget to find a config for your mobo. Not that you need one for it to work, but it can take the guesswork out of what temp is what.

Go to this website(you'll need to register):

LM75, pwm, digital temperature sensor, digital sensor, i2c, smbus, 2-wire, digital, analog, speedfan, computer, hardware monitor, fan control, voltages, fan, rpm, hard disk, system management bus, smart, change fan speed, windows 8, scsi, raid, 3ware, lsi, areca, matrix raid

Go through the steps to find config codes for your mobo, then go to the Info tab in SpeedFan and click the Get Config button and enter a code in the box.

Or if you don't want to bother with all that, lemme know what mobo you've got and I could find some codes for you.

The codes label all the temps, voltages and fans specific to a mobo. I searched and found no configs for yours. :hmm: Not a bad thing, but having a pre-made config simply makes things easier.

Easiest way when the above suggestion doesn't work,

                  1. Go into the bios hardware monitoring and write down every reading shown and what they are

                  2. In Speedfan open the configuration window, match up the readings from what you got in the bios and uncheck the rest as they will be meaningless.

                  3. To rename them click on the one you want to rename and hit F2, then call it whatever you want.

Also depending on what video card you have, Speedfan is hit or miss whether it will read it. All depends whether the card has a sensor on the board or on-die, if on-die not likely to be read.

                  There is also Rivatuner,

                  http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=230050

that will read almost any card that supports temperature monitoring, and also allows fan controller on most. Rivatuner can also be configured to monitor motherboard/cpu as long as there is a plugin available for it. More on how to use Rivatuner can be found here,
