my parents computer seems slow and they always restart there computer by pressing the restart button on the computer, not the start menu 1

Clean out the malware (use Adaware or Spybot), dump the temporary internet files, delete the cookies, and restart from the start button so that windows has a chance to properly shut down. It also helps to stay out of the porn sites, major malware comes from there ...not that mom and dad would ever do that.Comment
