i have a rapter and a wd 320 gb harddrive. i want to get some storage so should i get another 320 and put it into raid? or should i just get a 500 gber.

depends what kind of storage you want. if you want storage to safeguard your important stuff, then you would have to run raid 1, and adding another 320 would only give you 320 total (320+320 raid 1 = 320).
bestbuy still has the 1TB drive for $319 (online buy).

OP--whichever is cheaper. might think about getting another 320 and making an external back up if you hit the road/transfer data (i.e., taking your *cough, cough* Fair Use files from your pc and playing them at a friends house), i.e., dvd movies, music, etc.
if not, whatever is cheaper like others have said.Comment
