So it looks pretty good, only question I really have, is it is a good setup, and is the CPU compatible with the motherboard, and Is the PSU enough?

I would not trust that PSU myself..

Get the Corsair 620w or 520w (I have 520w and pretty much same setup and it dose me fine)

If i were you, i would go with a branded and known PSU. They are the most important piece of hardware in a computer since they have the ability to break every other component.

Yea, everythings good. If your not going to SLI, then you might want to look at P965 chipset boards. Cheaper and better overclocking.

I am going to SLI, just not off the bat. There's no reason to SLI right now other than an ePenis

Does that motherboard support 2 16x PCI-E slots, or when SLI is turned on, does one become 8x? Cos you want one that both lanes run at 16x.

Here is a link for you to check out ...I was looking at the Striker, but went with this board, and found this comparison right after. The P5N32-E is $130 cheaper, which is enough to buy Vista 64 ...which you will need :-)

Also, I bought the Patriot 2x2 (4 gigs total) Ram, and still have two empty slots, which is also another way to spend the extra savings ...and I totally concur with the PSU choice. Have fun!

If you're going SLI and bent spending $150 on a PSU, recommend Seasonic 650W:

And unless you're gaming on a screen close to the size of a medium-sized picture window, you're tossing money "anticipating" going SLI w/2x 640mb 8800gts'.

On the other hand, hardware mfg's have to feed their kids, too, so I guess it's a noble thing you're doing with your hard-earned money!

Everything on the list looks great! There is only one thing you must change; A month ago or so Intel changed their line-up and improved the current Core 2 Duo's. They added the E6320 and the E6420. Both are exactly the same as their original counterparts (E6300 and E6400) but they both have 4 MB L2 cache instead of 2 MB. The newer chip is even 1 whole $ cheaper:P
