wtf man? of course you know its going to play all high with fps so fast that you could plant subliminal messages in it that even superman couldnt see.




EDIT: the game ont even play with tat setup, you didnt say you had a motherboard or PSU:p

Yea, without a motherboard and PSU, you might have difficulty playing.

all max with everything on high.

Of course you coulda shaved a shedload of cash and bought a cheap C2D and overclocked and a 8800GTS640, and bought a great sound system and monitor

Even my AMD 3700 (....at 3 GHz) with my 7950GT can play on Max just fine

Remember that BF2 is almost 2years old now, so pretty much any modern hardware will play it on almost full graphics.

which is convenient, as not only did Amazon cancel my 8800GTS order (they were selling the 640 mb version for £131 by accident), i keep getting the cash for a Core 2 Duo but i keep blowing it all on other stuff (like wheels, monitors etc...)

Considering my high knowledge about computers and IQ, I'm not so sure you would be able to play the game on max settings.

I believe you will have it on medium smooth.

You can play almost high with a 7600gt, with a 8600gt, it will be all high, up to about 1600x1200 where it will get jumpy.

If you read his first post you will notice that he has an 8800 and as long as he isn't being bottlenecked but an extreme amount than he should be able to play maxed out... and then some.
