just got a 7600gt and installed drivers, games too dark

im looking for the ingame brightness controls in the nvidia drivers, i just bought a 7600gt.

just switched from ATI and ati had ingame brightness controls, cant find it in nvidia control panel.. where is it?

i dont htink tehre is one for in game but u can do it for just general
right click desktop
properties
advance
select ur video card name tab
and then select color correction on the left

nah that only worked for desktop

ANYHOO i got it working with riva tuner and i am officially an nvidiot!!

huuuge differance from radeon 9550 to 7600gt.. went from 30fps ultra low to 40fps medium.

Did you fully uninstall the old ATI drivers and use driver cleaner after reboot? Could be an old gamma profile stuck somewhere.

yea i complete uninstalled the ati drivers

the 9550 served me 2 yrs but i wanted to try both brands, ati and nvidia, because so many people argue that one is better but most have never tried both

anyways the problem is fixed guys see ya on the battlefield... with medium settings.

nah that only worked for desktop

There should be a drop-down labeled "Apply Color Changes To." Open it and select "All", then make your adjustments.

^He's right. There have been many times that happens, even a couple times for me. You posted the thread to recieve "Help" and they gave you "Help", if you don't want it then dont post it.
