My New RIG:
Antec 900 Case
AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ Windsor 3.0GHz OEM.
ZALMAN 9700 CPU FAN
ASUS M2N32-SLI Deluxe Wireless Mobo
CORSAIR XMS2 2GB
WD 320 SATA2 HD
Nvidia 8800 GTS 640mb
ViewSonic N2750W 27" LCD/HDTV
Here are some issues I am having, I bought the BF 2 Full collection package for $40 yesterday
it has all expansions and additions.
I have the game fully maxed with 8x AA and highest resolution, in single player runs smother then silk, I mean amazing, I love the bullet holes in concrete along with everything else, in Multiplayer I have Wireless DSL from Verizon and I get kicked off due to high pings almost everywhere and choppy due to lag, funny b/c I play WOW and other online games plus XBOX 360 Wireless and I never have an issue. another strange problem is in the BF2 menu screen, before any game the screen seems a bit stretched on the monitor, but not so that the picture looks bad instead it looks very sharp and precise, it almost looks like its too big to fit in the frames I tried every resolutions and still same thing I tried adjusting the monitor and no luck, I searched the net and could not find any one having this issue, I am 100% sure its not my RIG I am thinking its the monitor, every other game no problems. ViewSonic N2750W 27" <-- I feel that b/c its a cheap monitor it has to be it.
Much input would be appreciated
PS. I have been seeing people posting that they are playing at higher resolutions , how is that possible, i know i am defiantly capable of playing on higher res, the rig alone will support anything, how do people do this if in the Video Screen in the game it only gives me options from 800 to don't remember all the way up to 1280 something 60gh.
Another thing i need help with, here are the specs of the monitor Type
