has anyone heard when they are coming out with a new nvidia series or when the 2900xtx is coming out i may get a credit card with 0% interest till august 08. also if i dont wait and buy now i belive i will by a 8800GTX ultra ( what kind of powersupply will i need i have a 580 watt now not to sure of the 12v rail.

I haven't heard when anything new is coming out. The ultras are exactly the same as the GTX but with even higher gpu/memory speeds. I ended up going with a factory overclocked GTX:
^ that card is clocked higher than other GTX's, and closer to the ultra. (i got it before the ultras were released).
hmm I wonder why that card doesn't show up on newegg anymore when you just browse / filter video cards. :hmm:"Crunch's First Officer"
