    Will BF2 play widescreen? Easily?

    I'm seriously looking at the Dell 2407, but since BF2 will be the primary reason I'm building, I want to make sure a Widescreen LCD is ok. Otherwise, I'll probably get a Dell 1907.

    Seems like there is no market for BIG 4:3 monitors...that is, above 20-21".

      BF2 does widescreen, just not 100% correctly. See this thread:

      Widescreen is poised to be the standard for the future, more and more games are supporting it. DVDs look great too since the screen fits them better. If you're looking to buy new, go with a 16:10 over a 4:3.
