erm, you shouldn't be going over 60 at load
Your voltage is too high - try 1.4v and see whats the maximum OC you get with it, as 70 degrees is just plain unsafe
What cooling do you have? -

ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro 92mm CPU Cooler 775. It has good reveiws but it does cost a bit on newegg so I bought it new off ebay for $35 compared to newegg's 65Comment

Yea, unless you have very good cooling, you shouldn't be putting VCore over 1.4V. My E6600 (See link in sig) has arctic silver and a Thermaltake Big Typhoon on and still reaches 55c on load. 60c is the absolute max. Do not go over that.Comment
