graphics gone bad!

Battlefield 2 and my 7600gt seem to have fallen out... basically, when i load up Operation Clean Sweep, there are little or no textures on some items (Such as aircraft hangar doors, concrete structures etc...), they just appear black. However, on the same models in different levels the graphics are fine. Why is it just this level thats friggin up? I did dabble with some overclocking, but not that much to damage it. I have reinstalled drivers (and used three different versions) and have deleted and reoptimised shaders, and tried different graphics settings. I haven't reinstalled BF2 yet cause i don't believe that the problem.

Any ideas?

have you checked the heat of the card?

Deleting your video cache will likely fix it.

new drivers? Check heat of card as sudgested and sometimes reinstalling game if its the only game that does it.

i get the same problem
before the game ran fine now i get this problem
plus sumtimes when i right click on certain weapons it goes all blank
and also i get lines across the screen


where is the video cache to delete ????

I found out mine was heat related. When i tested temps with ATI Tool it didn't give a real representation of what they actually are. So when BF2 started it went up to like 80c.

That temp doesn't sound right. I've overclocked my 7600GT quite a bit. (500Mhz
core to 650Mhz, memory to 750Mhz) and even with 3DMark it never went above 60...

That used to happen to me, I just reinstalled the game and it worked fine.

hmm.. im oced at 600mhz Core and 770mhz Mem. Something im doing wrong?
