The front side pic (fan) says that that card is a BBA (Built by ATI). Can't quite figure out how/why the other side of the PCB is green though. Anyway from what I can make out of the part number the first three numbers are 102 and this is what ATI have to say about it,

All products that are BUILT BY ATI include a 102 part number. The part number for an ATI product will generally appear on a white sticker on the front or back of the product. Look for a long series of digits beginning with 102

If you're really curious about who made the card take the P/N that is on the sticker and enter it here,

Not that any of that matters as far as drivers go, the drivers that ATI put out every month work with all ATI cards no matter who made them.

I have a 9600xt also and all my recent games run so badly. On bf2 I play with all low graphics and the best framerate I get is 25fps. I have no idea what is wrong:evil:

2 posts above made me think about something dubious...what if the card isn't an XT, but simply marked that way?

Simple way to check that, when you right click your desktop, settings, advanced...it should say somewhere that it is an XT.

I inverted the color so the numbers would be visible, that why the other photo is green
