ok on my other computer, you know how the screen saver comes on and it turns off the monitor after some minutes? mines set to 20. anyway, it doesnt turn off! the screen saver keeps goin and goin and goin, could it be the new wireless router?

um go to power where u select ur screen saver and change the turn off monitor?

The steps

Check your power settings
Right click your desktop
Choose Properties
Then navigate to Screensaver
Then click on the power button
Now play with those settings more then likley something is disabled or the time for it to turn off is really high.

if the screensavers on, doesnt it act like someone is using the pc and cancels the power saving on the monitor?
