    Re: power supply?

rest of specs would be helpful. depending on what the rest of your config is you might--MIGHT--get away with being able to run a 7600gt on the 45W the pci-e interface supplies.

wait 'til tomorrow though. i need to check that reference, and i need to know the exact details on your PSU. specifically, the model number would be helpful, but if you can open it up and see what the Amps are beside under +12V rai spec is, that would be very helpful. Let's see--a 300W should be around 16A on the +12vrail, I'd think--but please check. The last thing you'd want to do is buy a gpu only to find that have to have a new PSU to run it.

      Re: power supply?

What are the AMPs on the 12+ V rail from your exisiting Power Supply??
300W will not give you much juice for a good PCIe card!!
Does it have the 4 pin or 6 pin Power Cable from the unit to power the newer PCIe cards?

      We need some more info!!!

This thread is almost a month old, why did you need to bump it? The op hasn't been on in over two weeks, I doubt he's coming back.

@the op: If you come back and want me to reopen this, just shoot me a pm.
