Spec me a cheap Laptop to play BF2 please -

Guys


Can anyone spec me a cheap laptop to play BF2 on it . Minnimum spexs first .

I understand its gonna have to be quite high spec but some thing that will comfortably play on a 64 player server med-high settings .

Not fussed about buying one new or used of the bay , budget around about £1000 to £1300 .

Dont worry it's for work crap as well not just a toy .

ebay might be a better option to find a high spec laptop cheaper,,

its a shame BF2 doesnt like the onboard intel graphics 945/950 they play 2142 quite well

also check craigslist for something used near you.

for bf2 you'll need a decent cpu, gig of ram and you must have a mid-range or higher vid card made by nvidia or ati. dont get any onboard graphics or cards that borrow memory from your ram.

I ended up with a dell xps M170 Pentium M 2.0, 1gig, Geforce go 7800gtx for $1350 and that was 1 year ago. it runs bf2 great, because it has a high end mobile vid card.
