soundblaster live prob

Another prob here. WHen I put my sound to hardware, everything sounds great exept for the voices.

For example: "follow me", sounds like "fa a l l oh oh w m e e"
All stuttery.

All the effects and stuff are really awesome sounding.

I have had it on software and works good but poor sound.

Any clues?

i can set to low med or high and still stutters but the effects sounds are good.

set the sound to software and see what happens. If that fixes it slowly take it to hardware and when it stutters its to much for ur sound card.

i use a soundblaster live! (i dont htink its 24bit) but i run it on hardware / high w/ EAX w/o any stuttering
