I can't connect to the bf2 servers.

Hi newbie here,

I've spent some time searching the forum, but with no real answers so i thought I'd make a thread.

Any way, I haven't had any error messages, I just reach the screen where it says "connecting to server". I have left it for up too 25 minutes and then had to physically shut my machine off.

My internet connection is 2 megs and my ram is 1 meg, all supposedly fine. My h/d doesn't seem to be working at all.

Any pointers? I have played the game for 6 months now offline but I'm gutted now I finally get the net I can't play.

have you installed the latest patch and if all fails reinstall the game. Make sure all the ports on ur firewall are open as well.
