Everest ( just google for it ) ? And I think it's very hard to upgrade a Dell I would just recommend buying a new PC as those Motherboards are just random and not branded or anything. CPU-Z and other applications couldn't gave me info and that kind of things.. Really annoying.

First of all, try using a flathead scredriver to gently pry open any panels AFTER you have taken out any screws; older computers can be stubborn. More than likely it's SD RAM. The RAM should have a sticker or some kind of label on it with the rated speed printed on it. If you want to upgrade, get the same kind of memory. My suggestion would be to take the code off the sticker and google that. For old systems like that its best to get a stick of the exact same kind of memory. But you also have to consider that the PC might only support a certain amount of memory so try to find a user's manual or something to look that up.

I use CPUZ to find exact specs on memory, mobo's.
