mouse control -strange bug.

Hello ,

I have two problems
1 my englisch isnt very good and
2 main prob. is:

I can not change the direction of the TV_MISILE!
I had expert help from different pple "how to do" shoot/fire ,so that is not the problem.

In tv modus i fire ,...after that i move the crosshair and click, repeat that cerveral times but the missile does not change direction.

I think it must be some kind off bug in mouse,..after install an old (with roller /litte-ball.) mouse for test but the prob still there.

There is no problem with any other game or moves in bf2.

I configure my mouse LEFT handed.
I use a logitech optical mx510 mouse.

Are you using a PS/2 mouse or a USB mouse? I've heard of similar problems with PS/2 mouses, having to do with driver agreement with Windows and Battlefield 2.

If you do have a PS/2 mouse, just simply get a cheap $10 USB mouse from a computer store or even a dollar store in your area.

If you already have a USB mouse (which I assume you do) you may want to 1. Try rolling back the drivers on the mouse, plugging it back in, then having Windows search the net for the latest drivers and reinstall then. Or, 2., get a whole new, high end mouse from a Best Buy (Logitech have great support and come with drivers, I have a G5 and no problems).

Also, check through the BF2 settings and play around with mouse sensitivity, etc. Also, if you get a lot of lag, the TV Guided Missile HUD is very laggy and buggy so if you don't get under 200 ping I wouldn't doubt that it's a problem with that.

Any other ideas?

I use an usb mouse but it was plugged to an PS/2 connection.(switch-thing,do not now the name in englisch)
(coz i dont have meny usb ports)
I change it into an usb conection, it does not work..but, tomorrow i ll try the driver thing.
Other wise test some one other usb mouse just seems how that works.

I did the driver thing ........it does not work.I test meny different right handed -lefthanded configurations

maybe should i instal drivers from an other type (more advanched) mouse exemple the G5.
