I'm building a new system for Vista, Apollo V. I have bought an Apollo NZXT case (thus the name), Asus P5NSLI Motherboard, and a 650 watt power supply (it's a beast).
I am also buying a 250 gig hard drive soon.
So forth brings my question: What kind of video card should I get? I'm not really ready nor needing an SLI setup, so I was just thinking a single video card. I want an nVidia because, although my ATI X700 has been good to me, it's time to move on to the better company. I was thinking a 7800 GS? Will that set me up well for the next couple years and will it work good on Vista??
PS: 2.5 Gigs of RAM are on the way as well. Audigy 2 Sound card, too.
