It got down to 3F(-16C) here a while back and felt like -20F(-29C) due to a nasty wind chill.

About the same in Washington. The coldest it got was -15C at my house (5F for those Americans who aren't good at conversions ). There was really bad windchill in other areas, but it wasn't ever that bad at my house.
