Any forum is what you make of it. People come and go and things change. Your life changes and you may be on less or more. You may change what you like in game styles. Companies may run their games into the ground and you move on. Its all going to affect something.

You can only do what you can do. Sometimes it works out, sometimes not.

Im wondering, are there any Indie PC games that have come out/coming out that look promising? I have realised that with PC games these days its best not to turn to EA or Activision, as they have the interests of consoles in mind.

There needs to be the next big uniting PC game that doesnt further separate the PC communities further. Overall communities like this one are becoming more and more rare...

My posting in the CoD section has declined quite a bit since MW2 because nearly everything I think of is negative. I couldn't get into BFBC2. Diablo 3 and HL2:Ep.3 are the only games I'm looking forward to; both are at least a year off.

well HL2:EP3 is said (in the valve time article on the valve developer wiki or something) to be conincident with the rapture. I think they should release it on the mayan end of the world date (I cant remember, and dont want to google it because I dont want to cringe at the "worlds going to end!" comments) just for laughs.

I think some of it is what is there to talk about? Cable is right about MW2 being negative. Who wants to post only negative things only? All the big titles are being pushed into the ground for different reasons and when I go to other forums for news, they are much more quiet than before. Maybe everything is on twitter now. No need for forums or group communication.

Only promising big games are from Valve, but for some reason that forum's a ghost town.

I also like racing games, but nobody else here seems to.
