The only thing they are really getting is information about consumers through their stupid questions and building themselves up for advertising. I haven't tried redeeming anything yet, but if it doesn't work out, all I lost was a couple minutes a day. There are no spam emails, no phone calls, they don't ask for credit card information or bank account numbers, etcetra. But I have heard that the number of potential prizes is tiny compared to users trying to redeem, making it hard to get them.

I think some of the people behind the website (one of the founders was a previous president for Amazon) make it seem legit.
