You can always go into console, and type

+attack, then follow someone and it will keep healing them and you wont have to press anything.

There's also a check box in the options that lets you click once on a person to heal them indefinitely.

Lol its harder to snipe on Cod4/5 Cause on COD4/5 The bullet goes at like light speed but on BF The bullet travels normal so u have to try to shoot un front of the enemy to hit them Right??
