Cannot Run Any Applications!
Before I say anything, the cause is not a virus/trojan/whatever.
Currently, I'm completely unable to run any .exe files or applications. Error received upon trying this:
"[directory is here] is not a valid Win32 application."
Alright, here's the only thing I did, and the only thing that caused this problem. I right-clicked on a (Counter-Strike:Source skin-installing) application, and went to "Open With...", I then changed the Open With program to WinRAR, unknowledgeable that this would make it so all of my PC's applications are to be run with this program.
As a result, I can't run anything... from BF2, to Windows Media Player, because they're .exe files.
As an initial reaction to the error, I go back to the same place where I made the Open With change (the same skin-installing application for CSS), and try to make it normal again.
In other words, I want to run applications with some kinda application launcher; however, I've never heard of such a thing, and there isn't any program listed in the Open With box that is named like that.

If you have some application-launcher name or somethin', do I browse for it @ the "Open With..." window?
