Need Processor Help: Which One?

Pentium D 925 (Duel Core 3Ghz, 2x2MB Cache, 800MHz FSB)

Is it any good for gaming like BF2 at higher settings?? I need to upgrade my processor. I'm also using a 6800ultra graphics card. 2 GB DDR2 Memory.

I wouldnt go for that one unless u have a tight budget. if you want awsome performance and a big budget, go for the intel quad core. but on a medium budget, go for the core 2 duo e6400

a m8 has this cpu and has no probs whatsoever, he also has 2gb ram with a 1950xtx 512mb pci-e card......he loves it

It'll do but it won't last very long, I'd give it 6 months before it'll struggle to keep up with the new games. But seeing as you're on a 6x series card, it doesn't matter.
