Sound problem

I have soundmax audio when i play oblivion there is sound bad and when i record some games like cs and bf with fraps...when i start watching video what i recorded i hear very quiet sound,i must turn my heads and everything to max for hear sound...is it something up with my soundcard?
(sorry for my english if you can call it that way)

ok so what ur saying the volume is very low when playing back the recording?

yes!even when i have all sound on max it happens only when i listen recorded games but in game is all ok

This may sound retarded, but are you sure the volume meter inside the playback program is maxed?

Is your WAVE volume in windows audio set to max?

yes everything is maxed beside mic that i dont need...i surfed on nets i found out that many ppl have this problem with asus onboard sound driver but i dont have a clue how to fix that...yes,yes everything on max and i still hear so quiet sound...btw and dont forget i hear quiet sound only when i watch my recorded videos with fraps or other program like gamecam...in game itself is everythng okay,only oblivion ingame sound sux tho

you could try emailing asus or going on the asus forums if you recon its a issue with a mobo.

If u give me a spec lists i can look into this abit more:

i have soundmax adi1988 audio driver if it helps
