i remember at best buy during a sale, you could get a 20.1" westinghouse monitor for like $230, Best Buy always has great sales on monitors. BTW I have that monitor and BF2 never looked sexier :)

^ Looks like a decent-but-not-great deal to me.

Folks will suggest that no-names suck, but I got a 19" 8ms hanns-g for $99 after I got back $120 in rebates that I'm very happy with. Now that the technology has matured, no-names are getting to be as reliable as "teh brand" to have (Samsung/Viewsonic/etc.). Besides, if it doesn't break in the first year (under warranty) then it will probably last for three or four...

I usually check out www.xpbargains.com or www.techdeals.net when I'm looking for good deals on technology and gifts.

i had a look on e-bay Australia the other day at widescreen monitors n they seem to be getting cheeper, almost makes me want to get one
