i cant login it stays on connecting to acocutn server 4ever.

Okay... If this isn't an actual EA account server issue then this should help.
Go to My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles.
Select the profile folder you use (usually 0001)
Open profile.con in notepad to verify that it's the correct profile you normally use
Now open General.con in notepad.
Delete all lines that start with GeneralSettings.addServerHistory
