SO whats the buzz about these new things?whats the diffwerence with them?i actually heard they're better at overclocking

they clock really well like most of the other core duo.
but unless you have the hardware to do some nice clocking go with the e6xxx series...

The benefit is pretty much for overclocking only. The higher multi and lower FSB will allow them to overclock with mediocre ram to a decent speed. Alot are hitting around 3.2Ghz with 1.4v. I wouldn't say they overclock higher, but will do more on lesser hardware.Comment

agreed..
there is really no reason for high cpu voltage to achieve the desired clocks you want..
with the old cpu..
