what is this a system mechanic like reg clean and more or is it more one of those tweaks that actually slow down your machine?eg for noobs who need system restores all the time and reasorse hogs that take away performance.

or is it a firewall and OP system(vista) insurance?for bugs?

i think its basicly an eaiser way of using the advanced functions of XP.

For example back ups.

Instead of using the back up with xp this program can do it for you.
