We were hacked. Several times over the past two weeks, in fact.
While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
Only the default (TGN Light) theme for now. Dark them is also coming back soon. Then CSN. Then Wrestlin' Nation. A lot of WIP stuff right now. There are a couple of things still not working either. Sorry.
So with me getting my tax return soon I'll be in the market looking for a new keyboard. I'm really looking for a keyboard that has a glow in the dark/ light up key set. I've read plently of reviews, but I wanted some first hand know how about the Logitech G11. Any thoughts or opinions? Or maybe any other suggestions for a light up keyboard?
EDIT: anyone have any thoughts about the zboard with the BF2 keyset?
I love my Zboard. I prefer the butterfly WASD keys and the large buttons. Everything is within easy reach without being cramped to where I hit the wrong buttons on accident. With a little practice, I now type better on my BF2 Keyset than I do on a normal keyboard.
Mind giving some reasons to why you would suggest the products you suggested? Other wise what you have stated means nothing to me as it does not help! Thanks for the responses so far guys!
If you guys could also start giving reasons to why you suggest a certain keyboard like jimtool655321 that would be great!
1.The lights under the keys are nice and the keys feel pretty solid and smooth.
2.It has usb ports on the top for your mouse, usb stick, etc..
3.The lcd screen is nice, it can have a clock, date, cpu/ram usage, and a media display that can tell you the name of the song that is playing and how long it is and what volume it is at.
I'm pretty sure that the g11 is the same as the g15 except that there is no screen and it is cheaper. So, either one would be good.
G15 pretty much for the same reasons and minicoop plus the "G" keys can be great programed shortcuts for windows, internet explorer and other funky things
I love my Z-board, but would have gone with the Merc if my desktop was bigger.
You still need a desk light though, as it does not glow/light up.
I only need a desk light sometimes when I actually type on my Zboard. The keys for gaming on my BF2 Keyset and my Gaming Keyset that came with the board are intuitively placed so I don't even need to look. I can find any key I use in BF2 by feel.
I also like the potential for changing out keysets if I find a new game that could take advantage of different layouts. I really liked the original Gaming Keyset but I love the BF2 Keyset. If I played WOW, I'd probably get that one, as well.
As far as programming macros for the G keys on the G15, I believe the latest version of drivers for the Zboard include the ability to bind keys to macros.
The Zboard also has two USB ports on it, if that tickles your fancy. It also has quite a few preset media and browsing keys in the base, too.
I find I can't chat (in-game) worth squat on the z-board in a dark room. The hacked layout of the gaming keyset is too awkward to type without looking.
But like I said, the Merc's fullsize keyboard would probably resolve that little problem.
Let's talk keyboards.
We'll have cawfee'. And talk, ya' know.
No big whup.
Sry OP. Just couldn't help myself.
Back on topic, how big is your desk space? I'm getting a diNovo Media desktop shortly. Going to use the keypad as a detachable WASD config and see how that works. Couldn't recommend it for an oober gaming rig, but I'm hoping it gets the job done for me.
Arghh. Now I'm getting verklempt.
Feel free to continue talking amongst yourselves.
