    7600 gt aftermarket cooling

I want to get a different fan for my 7600gt since the one on there is super loud. Do I have to get one made for my card? or do i just buy one and ghetto rig it on there?

    Thanks

Nothing getto about a nice chunk of copper and a variable speed fan:

I like arctic cooling better (even though the zalman is better built/better quality) because it exhausts the hot air out the back of the case, but couldn't find any compatible with a 7600gt.

That one is cheap for a good fan.

ok well would you consider it being "quiet" (anything is compared to the stock fan)

that looks pretty good. It says the slot next to it will become unusable but mine is a pci x1 slot so i'll never use it. thanks for the link.

sure thing. for future reference, a great way to answer hardware questions is to google the model number, followed by the word "review"

i.e., in the google box, type "vf900-cu review"

lots and lots and lots of answers. always take them with a grain of salt (some less scrupulous companies will pay "objective" review sites for reviewing their products) but a consensus of several independent (appearing) review sitesusually means that the reviews are spot-on.
