A 6800ULTRA clocked at the same speeds

plus wih the same voltage (the 6800ultra usually takes 1.4v but here, itll take 1.3v to be the same as the gt

You can just flash Ultra bios to GT and vice versa. I used to have 6800le and I had ultra bios in it. Actually it was Ultra core (NV41?). If they have the same pipelines there's no difference. And even if they don't just open pipes with RivaTuner.

I had mine at 1.4 or 1.45 and 425 core 900 memory for 1.5 years 24/7 until I sold it.

yeah mine doesnt like 1.4v for some reason. keeps crashing it

As long as clock speeds are the same, BIOS makes no real difference. Some brands may tweak their bioses further crating a percent or so difference.

Different Bioses may have small differences in memory timings also, which may make some percent difference in performance. But you can adjust timings on the fly with nibitor for example. Newer cards may have memory rated at faster speeds, but run it at the same speed, so timings may be tightened. Loosening timings you can get more clockspeed.
