BF2 on on Budget!

Hello fellow fraggers.

This thread is for the poor unfortunate's who did'nt get that 8800GTX for Christmas , infact they're so poor they could'nt even afford a nice 7600GT to ease the pain. No these are the gamers who are forced through no fault of there own (hardware failure, expensive girlfriends) to really scrape the barrel buying cheap PC parts off ebay to make Battlefield remotely playable.

If you are playing BF2 on a prehistoric graphics card or a 486 please post on here :)
even if you have in the past cause you blew ur old card up post here

I wanna find out who is playing BF2 with the lowest spec card. (a little sad i know)

lowest spec card ive heard of people playing on is Radeon 9550 I dont know how though,

what adapter type are you looking for ? PCI (not really compatible) or AGP or PCI-Express

i think the lowest i had was a fx5200. gets about a nice 10-25fps on lowest settings. the problem with it was that it used 2.0 shaders which killed hte performance, but some tweaks fixed that

My system was an AMD Athlon XP 1800+ @ 1.52 Ghz, a 256mb 5200 Ultra, and 640mb of PC2100 RAM
