how do u download flash movies?

Sites like youtube and google and now putfile use flash for their videos and i have no idea how to download them because i hate having to stream those videos everytime i want to watch them. and i also want to put a few on my sansa mp3 player

or, does anyone know any sites that still use like windows media player to stream their videos?

goto www.softpedia.com and look it up, softpedia is a software review site, they test thier dnloads for bad stuff & i can usually find freeware to do what ever I want there.

anything you view in your browser sits in a folder on your machine. you cannot run the files in that folder but you can copy out and then run. find that folder and you can grab the file.

this is a trick especially learnt when you view quicktime movies in your browser and don't want to splash out on quicktime pro just to save them :)

there are addons to firefox to download them. and then use psp video 9 to convert them into a useable format!!!
