New USB Headsets Wont Work With VOIP

I got new headsets today Plantronics USB DSP 550

they are reconginzed by the pc the mic test works. works fine in Teamspeak,

i tried bf2 voip, didnt work i tried the voip setup program for bf2 nothing.

any ideas?

(and yes i tried to search the forums found nothing)
