    Wireless Access Point Trouble

    Hey guys.

    I have a D-Link AirPlus XtremeG.

I am connected to a Lynksys Wireless N router (WRT300N)

Now my problem is that in my system tray (w/e you want to call it), there is that little computer icon that says i am connected to my Router. Now the problem is that it shows i am connecting at 54Mbps (G54). But my Wireless access point can go up to 108Mbps(G108)

Can someone please help em figure out how to get it up to 108Mbps

reformatting a computer should not have any effect on the routers at all

There's plenty of **** that can affect it.

Have you swapped the wireless controller in the PC?

Updated your drivers? Updated your drivers? Updated your drivers? Updated your drivers? Updated your drivers? Updated your drivers?

        Changed the settings?
