in answer to your question, try downloading patch 1.41. google it, it shouldnt be too hard to find.

When a server is red and you have the 1.41 patch... then that means the serer is running an older patch.

try changing your filters so you can get more servers. not all of them should be in red. if they are you didnt install/download the patch correctly.
