    question

    i just downloed the pci latency tool, and after running it, i cant seem to find my video card in the list . wat gives?

      because you run AGP which if im wright isnt strictly a PCI port so it wont find it!

          the readme says
          AGP video cards DO have PCI Latency timers. PCI Express cards DO NOT have PCI Latency timers.
          and i found the problem..apparently the most recent version of pci latency tool didnt show it, so using an older version fixed it
