    Ram for motherboard

    Hi all i have just got my new mobo and want to no if the ram i have got is going to fit this is the mobo

    in the book it says it takes ddr2 533/667/800 sdram so am i right in thinking with the ram i have beeing 400 it isnt going to work.

      If I am reading your question correctly you're asking if your current ram (looks like you're trying to say you have PC3200/400 mhz/DDR), then no it won't work.

      If you're asking if the ram you linked to will work, yes it will unless there is/are any compatibility issues between the ram and the motherboard.

        It should work, but you will notice a big performance loss over getting DDR2 667.

          go big or go home, i was gonna buy ddr 533 becuase it was cheaper but i got 667 instead, my bandwitdth thanks me, 7400mb/s
