Stuck with 17" LCD and 19" LCD!

So, yeah. I am stuck between these options;

TQ is the medium monitor of 52 series
17 inch LG Flatron L1752TQ-SF

19 inch LG Flatron L1952TQ-SF

H is the top monitor of 52 series

17 inch LG Flatron 1752H-SF

So, I'm generally preferring that 1752H since the monitor will be rather close to me in my desk, but what's the differences between TQ and H? I've only seen the lower contrast ratio (1400:1, in TQ it's 1600:1), and a higher response time (8ms, in TQ it's 4ms)

So, should I go for the 1752H or 1752TQ, or maybe the 19" version of 1752TQ? (1952TQ)

performance, I don't want a widescreen. Normal will do better.

19 inch LG Flatron L1952TQ-SF without a doubt.

Reason: It's generally comparable to the others but it's larger. I myself with my 20" monitor enjoy the large viewing area with a reasonable resolution. I would go for the 19".

I read about the LCD:s more.. so the image gets blurry and bad quality when you set it below it's native resolution? My PC is also rather old, so I can't really put higher resolutions than 1024x768 in newer games like battlefield 2142, my X800XL 256mb just can't handle it with reasonable FPS. Should I go for the 17", if the lower resolutions would look better in 17", or what's your opinions?

It wont make a difference.... the 17" is at the exact same native resolution but the 19" is bigger (bigger area for your crap).

There is a big weird difference between 17' and 19'. I used a 17' CRT for many years and got given a 19' TFT and loved it instantly. I found it really useful I'll be getting 19' or bigger for my next monitor.

Okay. Would Anti-aliasing help, or do I just have to use 1280x1024 resolution and bring down all other details, or in extreme cases use the "black edges" around the picture on lower resolutions?

I heard there is a scaling setting in nvidia drivers, but does it exist in ATI drivers? I have Ati tray tools, so could somebody give me a helping hand if you know?
